Fits my 02 7.3 with direct water pump outlet. BUT I ordered a motorcraft upper tube for a belt. There is a clear quality difference between the two hoses. This will work for now. But next time I will order a motor hose. These gates were made of a thinner material and the two layers of tubing were slightly separated at one end. 100% definitely not as high quality as Motorcraft. Just paid for and ordered a Motorcraft for the top to ensure quality when driving down the Serpentine. Spring. live and learn
