Review on CDWTPS Monitoring 28103 SA001 28103 SA002 2008 2016 by Quinton Martinez

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Difficult to program, inaccurate, unreliable, non-OEM

First, the picture is misleading. There is no Subaru logo on the sensor! The gauges are inaccurate and showed 7-10psi EVEN before they were installed. The discount tires dropped them down very hard (they should work together) and with the car. Now they intermittently show a TPMS error even when the time has not expired and the correct pressure is present. I would return them if I could. Since they are installed I would have to pay a mechanic to remove them and install new ones which is a lot more than the price of these sensors. Save yourself the headache and buy once OEM or reputable. I added a star because most of the time I don't have a TPMS gauge and these sensors meet the requirements of discount tires and allow mounting tires (discount tires don't mount tires without sensors!)

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Some difficulties
