Terrible Customer Service and Horrendous Tech Support

I like everything about this program except for some of their customer service reps! They are very unprofessional when they answer questions or try to help resolve issues related with our business being within dentistry (x-rays).

There has been no improvement since we switched over from another provider several years ago - it's still terrible at best. We have used various providers including Practice Fusion as well so there really isn't much competition out here right now unless someone else comes along offering an even better product/service than what these companies offer today!!
