Easy To Use, Affordable Alternative Payment Processor

I like how easy it was to use once we got used with all of its features! The customer service has been amazing as well- they are always willing to help us out when ever needed or questions arise about using this product. A couple things could be improved upon such as having more customization options for our billing process & getting rid of outdated payment processing methods (ie PayPal) - which can get pricey if you aren't making enough income from services provided. Not too many problems…

  • Paypal is still being utilized instead other cheaper, easier ways.
  • No ability change prices without going through an admin

Terrible Customer Service and Horrendous Tech Support

I like everything about this program except for some of their customer service reps! They are very unprofessional when they answer questions or try to help resolve issues related with our business being within dentistry (x-rays). There has been no improvement since we switched over from another provider several years ago - it's still terrible at best. We have used various providers including Practice Fusion as well so there really isn't much competition out here right now unless someone else…

Easy access software that keeps everyone organized

The customer service has been amazing! They have always made me feel like I'm their priority with any questions or concerns we may each over time as our needs change for betterment of my business/practice growth!! We are using it to keep track all patient information from intake through appointment scheduling throughout treatment plans until after check out when they receive receipts back via email so there's no need at this point to mail them paper copies anymore. This makes life easier since

  • The ease of use in terms of being able view records online anytime anywhere even if you're offsite, your office is closed etc..I also love how simple yet easy to read graphs make viewing data much less complicated than Excel workbooks that can be hard sometimes especially visually impaired individuals who rely heavily upon charts & graphics
