The customer service has been amazing! They have always made me feel like I'm their priority with any questions or concerns we may each over time as our needs change for betterment of my business/practice growth!! We are using it to keep track all patient information from intake through appointment scheduling throughout treatment plans until after check out when they receive receipts back via email so there's no need at this point to mail them paper copies anymore. This makes life easier since most patients don't take receipt home anyway which saves us some postage money too. !
