Comes in a LARGE plastic bubble wrap! So it took a few hits while pounding on different delivery vehicles! Both sides were slightly curved at the front attachment points. So the mounting holes were GONE! Be ready to take a sledgehammer to bang the ends straight out. Not too difficult to fix; leaned back easier than I expected. However, I had to drill one of the rear mounting holes to get the screw in. After a little persuasion, he stood up perfectly. Viewed from behind, the receiver port is bent to one side a degree or so, but I don't think the trailer will care! Basically satisfied.
