Mold, fungus and stench. Water got in and ruined all of our cold weather gear and blankets.

Apparently a good buy. Cheap but good reviews. Now all our winter duvets and extra pillows are covered in mold and slush. We travel by van all the time. Because 365 days a year we live in our van all the time. Since we travel all day, we don't have much money. So when we saw that we could find a waterproof luggage rack for less than $50, it seemed too good to be true. But there were good reviews. So bought and installed. Everything looked great. This is where we leave all our winter blankets and clothing. i sealed it We even have a tarp on top while driving. That was three weeks ago. A few minutes ago I wanted to get an extra sleeping bag for someone. Now it's a bag full of mold and slush. Everything was wet and ruined. It's not even like only the edges got wet. That's the whole bag. Somehow water got into the whole bag and got wet and ruined everything. We zipped it up and all the flaps were folded down. We also had a tarp upstairs. I don't know if the company might mean "waterproof". But there's no way it's waterproof. we (you can't invent it). Two Columbia jackets, cold-weather socks, hats. The list goes on. But don't be like us. Don't trust this bag. so they don't get knocked out. This is the bag for you. If you're worried, maybe even a little drizzle. Another bag will do. This is 1/10 in my books.
