They did an excellent job.
There was a small broken screw in the laptop's hard drive bay. It was a reduced space. At first I tried using one of these friction pastes but to no avail. I figured I should take a dremmel and most likely damage where the screw was, but I saw these extractors and tried them. God, was I ever happy about that. The screw was removed after several attempts and some effort. Because pullers have a series of "tines" on their end that grip the screw, downward pressure is required to make it move as you unscrew it.
