Based on other reviews I was hoping the packaging had been improved but I knew parts could be damaged. And they were. Two droppers were broken (2ml and 10ml), glass splinters were everywhere, including some stuck to the plunger. Amazing that more parts didn't break. Given the number of complaints about this issue and how easy it is to fix, there really is no excuse for such poor packaging. The box is strong; it is lined on the outside with a piece of bubble wrap marked "Fragile" and enclosed in a padded envelope; However, as long as the 10 fragile pipettes and sticks are loose in the box, not padded, wrapped, or even tied with a pair of rubber bands, they will continue to rattle, collide, and break during transit. Each broken pipette or rod reduces value and increases frustration. If you need all of the parts included in this package, you can purchase them from a seller who can figure out how to get them to you without damage.
