I bought two of these to try. Wow, they were perfect for what I needed (easy to install, perfect brightness, easy to use), so I ordered two more. That is where the trouble began.One of the second order of two didn't work. So it went back for a REPLACEMENT. I loved these enough to want a replacement instead of a refund.Well, guess what? The replacement didn't work either! So, now I had to send the replacement back for a replacement (yes, I loved them that much to give them the benefit of the doubt), but was unable to do so - I was only able to return the replacement for a refund.So, I packed up the replacement-for-the-replacement. UPS picked it up and left me a receipt. It arrived back to Best Buy within days. I waited. No refund. No refund. No refund. So I finally did an online chat with an Best Buy CSR about it and was told a refund was issued and I would get an email in 3-5 days letting me know I had received it.Well, guess what? No email and nowhere can I find the refund.I'm still trying to get a refund for the bad replacement of my replacement. These are great lights, don't get me wrong, but if you get a bad one, I hope your luck is better than mine at getting a working replacement or a refund.
