Does the job. Like a wide neck compared to the narrower ones on the market. I have two of these and I think this is the one that comes with a great key with a built in light. The only complaint. There is a plastic sleeve around the "U". It is not bound to metal. Sometimes it slips sideways and sinks so low that the lock is difficult to close. Until I realized that this was the problem, I was very disappointed with it. I got stuck in a snowdrift in the mountains last week without a shovel and we used it as a pickaxe/shovel to dig, among other things. Outside. I'm sure OnGuard didn't intend to use it this way, but I just want you to know that this thing can do it all!
