I like that they are constantly improving their product with new features for free! They have an excellent customer support team who is always willing/able help us out in any way possible (even if its just via email).

The only downside we've found so far has been some of our customers not being able to open files larger than 1MB due to them using older versions or software which doesn't work well together. We use this app daily as part of my job at one organization where i am often sending large documents from clients back home over VPN connections through various locations around North America - usually about 3-4GB per document sent each day.
