I expected better quality and there was nothing to do with the packaging.
The first Chemex cap I received had apparently already been returned, covered in fingerprints and dirt. Insult. I requested a refund which was approved. The new one came with a torn damaged box which really sucks because I bought it as a gift for my girlfriend, looks very shabby. This could have been avoided with proper packaging. In a plain padded envelope? Spirit. . Think! Also, there are air bubbles stuck in the jar in the Chemex lid itself, I expected a lot more from this brand.
