Very difficult to clean

I mean very difficult to clean. After an entire toothbrush has been destroyed by repeated scraping and washing by hand, in the washing machine, and through multiple cycles of LED curing, the piece still feels tacky. I've tried washing the part with water, I've tried the new 99.9% IPA, I've tried wire brushes, I've tried a toothbrush. The only thing that really helps to clean this resin is fine grit sandpaper.
