These mirrors look great but have no quality control. These are cheap mirrors made in China and you get what you pay for. It can take more than one shipment to get a working set, but Revain handles that well. The first box had a broken driver's mirror that only moved diagonally up/down and down/forward. I called the company (CA phone number) but you can only leave a message. Whoever answers must do so with a time difference of about 10 hours from China. To be honest they tried to contact me several times but I never heard a call. Revain sent a replacement pair 2 days later and I was lucky and the replacement worked as expected but of course I had to send the defective ones back via UPS which is 20 miles from my house. These mirrors are half the price of higher end mirrors and they look good, the mirror finish is good and when securely mounted they don't wobble too much. Wiring is very light, as is the foam padding, nowhere near OEM. The mirror works correctly in both horizontal and vertical positions, which means there is a switching mechanism for it. The plastic case seems pretty standard. Inadequate protection between mounting leg and vehicle (lack of gasket) allowing water to easily flow between them. Also, there doesn't seem to be any weather protection around the wiring and motors like the OEM does. So I'm not sure how they will perform in heavy rain, but that's an assumption. When you have money but no time, buy the best mirror. If you're short on time but short on money, that's fine.
