Great tool if using specific grant programs

This program has been great for tracking our grants through multiple stages of development from initial application submission all the way up until award date. It does not have any bells or whistles but it gets the job done! I wish you could see your progress as far back into previous years that this year's awards are being tracked (at least). We use this software at my university specifically because we do so many different types of projects with various levels of complexity including large-scale endeavors such as building major renovations. The ability to track these efforts across time frames makes us able to assess where things fall within each project plan over time instead of having to go back several months after awarding something to try to figure out what stage was reached by certain tasks. The ability for users to search for grants by program area, agency, etc. is very helpful. There are too many options for searching and it takes some time to find what you need. I wish they would make the interface more user friendly. It's not intuitive at all. If you're looking for something that is easy to use, this isn't it. We were trying to find grants for our institution and the searches took way too long. We also had difficulty finding grants for our state.
