Based on the rave reviews, I was so excited to try this. And I was badly disappointed. I live in Minnesota and it's very cold and windy here, so I need a quality lip product to protect my lips from the cold. It's not like this. It doesn't hydrate for long. It also has an odd texture. I look at the ingredients and. Does it contain cornstarch for some reason (starch/zea corn powder is what it says on the ingredients list)? Who the heck put cornstarch in lip balm?!? 😱 It just sucks the moisture out of my lips. What an odd addition. The other ingredients are great so I suspect they may not have used it and this lipstick has potential. What a pity, really. If this one worked I'd jump onto the toned ones. Glad I didn't rush and bought this big tinted multi pack lol!
