I like how it allows me to access my account at any time throughout out day.

It's easy for new hires/trainees who are not familiar with CRM tools to navigate through this software! If you have previous knowledge of using other platforms such as Salesforce or Customer 360 then there is no need to learn anything different about Success 4-it will be seamless once your get used to navigating around the system. We utilize Ssucccess 4 daily during our work hours which has been helpful when trying to reach clients who may answer questions via email instead of phone calls (which we previously had difficulties contacting them due to lack of communication).
