Great tool that helps keep track and organize client information

I like how it allows me to access my account at any time throughout out day. It's easy for new hires/trainees who are not familiar with CRM tools to navigate through this software! If you have previous knowledge of using other platforms such as Salesforce or Customer 360 then there is no need to learn anything different about Success 4-it will be seamless once your get used to navigating around the system. We utilize Ssucccess 4 daily during our work hours which has been helpful when trying to

I like how easy it is to use for both internal users as well external clients! It's very intuitive once you get used too using this software! This has been helpful when trying out new products or services we are considering purchasing!! If there was something i didn't enjoy about S1 its probably because of my own personal preference rather than anything else they've done wrong haha :). We have really enjoyed being able to track our sales reps performance through Salesforce Chatter which helps…

The product is very expensive for what it does.

It's quite expensive for such a small platform. There are quite a few bugs. You can't get any real information from the demo, but if you try to buy it it gives you a price quote that's ridiculously high. I have tried to contact them about the issues but no response. They are always out of stock. I don't like the fact that they charge more than double the cost of an equivalent hosted solution (ejb2). Also when I asked how much space would be required they didn't tell me upfront. I had to find…

  • They have lots of documentation and training material.
  • Great support.
Cons
  • They should offer this as a cloud-based offering.
  • I think the price they are charging is at least double what you should be paying.
  • Sometimes they will send you 10 GB but it will only work for a day or two.
