Review on Success4 by Matt Charlton

It's quite expensive for such a small platform. There are quite a few bugs. You can't get any real information from the demo, but if you try to buy it it gives you a price quote that's ridiculously high. I have tried to contact them about the issues but no response. They are always out of stock. I don't like the fact that they charge more than double the cost of an equivalent hosted solution (ejb2). Also when I asked how much space would be required they didn't tell me upfront. I had to find this out myself after ordering. And finally there seems to be something wrong with their database as all my orders seem to take ages to process even though i am just sending one email to each customer. Not sure whether its because of their db or mine.
