Review on Hella Stark Sound - Red Set 12V H/L Frequency Hella Super Tone Horn Set B 133, 12 volt by Shree Carmean

One of my standard horns died so I wanted the best horn I could get that would fit the same size. They had a higher DB rating than direct OEM replacements, but I'm not sure I would buy them. I was expecting the horns to be stiffer because I replaced the spiral horns with discs, but it's more of a mid-high tone than a deep treble. They gave my car a faint sound, not the string signal I was looking for. They're not that loud either. They work well enough though and being able to mount them towards the front makes them louder in front of the car where it counts, but I still wouldn't buy them again.
