Item received on time. The package came whole, with no damage or missing parts. The screws were there. But I chose shorter screws (1/2 inch self tapping screws). Screws were included but too long. But installation was quick and painless. Fits perfectly. And I didn't have to take the tires off. So 15 minutes and I have them. on the. It actually took longer to get the tools and put them away. I can unreservedly recommend this item.
