DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, Convert A, LLC! I purchased a refurbished modem from this seller and the modem was registered with the previous owner who still had an existing Xfinity account with the modem registered to their account. We called Xfinity and since the modem is registered to the previous owner we cannot use it. Xfinity couldn't do anything about it as it was registered for someone else and didn't have permission to access the account. It's good that it was a Revain Refurbished warranty but that won't solve the problem of the scam they are. Selling products they know about will not work. I called Revane and started an investigation.
