Review on Dorman 749 468 Driver Window Regulator by Lynn Cole

Very happy with this product. Fits perfectly for my 2006 BMW E90 325i Left Rear Door. While I'm not entirely sure it wasn't replaced sooner, I firmly believe it wasn't due to the sound condition of the soundproofing in the door and the adhesive holding it to the door. Comparing it directly to the OEM regulator I found it to be of equal quality with the added benefit of a fully shielded working cable. With a car in good condition, it takes less than half an hour to get to the broken one, remove it, switch the engine to a new regulator, install it and reinstall the door panels. Very easy, requires no special tools other than a torx bit. You will need to recalibrate the vehicle's anti-hijack system, but this can easily be done using a suitable OBD cable and a laptop with software installed, available online for free. I would highly recommend this regulator to anyone dealing with a broken regulator in their own Bimmer.
