Easy physical installation but required a tech support call.
Pros: Physical installation took 5 minutes with drill and screwdriver. 5 Stars Timing with the opener and programming the pin was easy. 5 stars minus: After installation, the garage door opened without entering a PIN. Just press ENTER and the door will open. Called support and a few minutes later the tech told me to press and hold buttons 1 and 9 for 10 seconds. That helped. Apparently it was in "One Touch" mode and pressing those buttons disabled it. It's easy to make, but it wasn't in the instructions and obviously I wouldn't have thought of it myself. 0 stars
