This part is ideal for 2007 T&C Right Side Window. Ease of installation. I have previously replaced the left part of the drivers side window (the other part #) so the installation is quick and easy if you are experienced. The original ESC/motor is attached with plastic rivets and the new part comes with the same type of plastic rivets. They hurt when you take off, so just break them. I highly recommend ditching the plastic parts and installing mounting bolts secured with washers and nuts. Makes installation a lot easier, especially if you need to replace this part again in the future.
