Sharp Elegance for Precision Slicing
As my tests showed this ceramic knife is excellent for handling all slicing needs in the kitchen .The ergo handle makes it easy to grip, beautiful design, and the sharpness holds up well. The cons: its a bit on the expensive side, but the quality more than makes up for it. In summary, if you're in the market for a NEW knife, this one is a slice above the rest!
