Filter quality issues

Filter ends not cut straight or square to sides! These two problems combine to make it impossible to center the filter in the housing. This will prevent proper sealing. As a result, the sediment passes through the filter, which then ends up in the house, plumbing, drinking water, dishwashers and washing machines. This can cause all sorts of problems. If all your filters are like that, then they are useless! Maybe we didn't do well?
