This trick changed me immediately. I noticed fluctuations in acceleration on my new 2015 Sierra from 5.3. I figured it was just sitting idle at the dealer and not driving much. It lasted a couple of weeks or more even when I tried blowing it out on the freeway. Then I started reading about this problem inherent in this motor in this model. With a whole list of things to try and the most likely cold air source to start with, I settled on Banks. The ease of installation surprised me, less than an hour. I noticed an immediate improvement when starting off, and as soon as I put the car in gear and accelerated, I knew I made the right choice. The wobble is gone, acceleration is quicker and the sound of acceleration was amazing if that's what you care about. It sounded very similar to when I was young when the two rear barrels opened up. Great performance with a large portion of nostalgia. what would be better
