So far I’ve used this for quick and easy pressing of seams at my sewing desk when I really don’t want to pull out my ironing board and for when I have to adhere iron on vinyl. This works amazing and none of the heat has gone through to damage my desk. It’s a really nice size for the price and fits perfectly on my desk. All the little extra were nice and I like the silicone iron mat because it reduces the risk of me hitting the iron with my hand when I’m not ironing.
