The ability to keep track of inventory with many different types of product codes, not sure how much it was customized for our needs but I'm happy we were able to customize this software as needed. I think if you are looking at more than one vendor, make sure they have excellent customer service/support in case issues arise or changes need to be made after going live. We used to use Sage CRM, which did not provide all functions required by our organization; so switching from another ERP suite (which provided everything) was important. With P2000 SQL we can now access every function our employees require without having to switch between multiple systems. This makes life easier for everyone involved! It's been great being able to access information anytime through the day instead of waiting until end of the workday when office hours roll around.
