My sonar showed an unusually high water level of over 100 feet just a few meters away. Ventior contacted me and we found out that the problem was related to an interfering Garmin outboard device. After trying it from the bank, very accurate. I can't say enough about a company that truly stands behind their products. I also have an old model with an antenna which is a great fish finder but this new model comes without an antenna and I love it. I have tried and returned many fish finders in the same price range and none have been as accurate as this one. My only future concern is the built in battery compared to the old model which used AA batteries. 5 stars for the device and 10 stars for the company!
