Follow all instructions!
Works great, have been using this part for about a year now with no problems. If you follow the instructions you shouldn't have any problems. I ordered a set of smaller screwdrivers to install the new drive. Do not attempt to remove or reinstall the drive without the proper tools. You have to replace the motherboards and use the originals, this is all according to the instructions.
