Review on 🔧 20V MAX Cordless Grease Gun by DEWALT (Model DCGG571M1) by Matt Schwartz

Love this product until it's time to replace the cartridge. Then I hate it. The spring doesn't compress properly, but hangs on the edge, making it impossible to put the cap on. You have to leave the spring cocked, insert the plunger into a new cartridge, and then hit the cap until it reaches the threads. By then my hands are usually smooth enough to grip the cap tightly enough to unscrew it. But as soon as I do that, I fall in love with him all over again. Should probably deduct two stars, but otherwise great. EDIT: Please ignore most of this review. My stupid self hadn't realized that I could unscrew the other end of the cartridge barrel like all other grease guns. I tried but couldn't unscrew it so I assumed it wasn't made for that. After another annoying cartridge change, I added the channel locks and unscrewed them. Now everything is perfect.
