Install the K10 with a 2.5 "/3.5 " pitch over the stock. More controlled handling, less jerk.

Large shock absorber. Fits my 1979 K10 with 2.5" front jack and 3.5" rear jack. Originally they were 4600 shocks, but they were too short and had no upstroke. Rancho RX5000X in front of it. The ranches were great for the price but a little jumpy. Thanks to 4 angled leaf springs, the truck drives hard despite bumps. Noticed less bounce, more controllable ride and slightly stiffer than the Rancho. Shock absorbers with transparent coating for better protection against stone chips and rust. 24-187084 - Rear Shock Suitable for Raised Drainage.
