Review on 🔧 Improved SC2964 Magnum Steering Damper by Monroe for Enhanced Performance by Brent Shaeffer

My wife bought a Dodge 2500 Ram Thunderroad 4x4 Quad Cam, 5.9 Cummins in '05 and we made a deal to buy a large camper and sell our RV when we made the final payment had done. Wow, good dampers. a very different truck so i bought a new steering damper. Here is the SC2964 Magnum steering damper. looked nice, was smaller than the original but what they asked for. At first the mother was soft and torn, before becoming firm, called the seller, no answer, called Monroe, the problem is not a problem they admitted! 4 days without a truck new assembly material sent! New parts received, part installed. the first couple of trips to work about 5 km everything was ok. My wife had to go to the hospital, which involved a short trip on the freeway. Well, my life would get interesting! The truck shifted into overdrive at about 54 miles per hour. With the first compensator I thought I had hit the IED. THE TRUCK ALMOST TOOK THE WHEEL FROM MY HAND THAT WAS ALL I CAN TO HOLD IT AND ROADSIDE IN VA BEACH MARINE TRAFFIC!. I drove down the side streets to the dealership I always go to and Joe Myers put it right on the counter. nothing is broken, nothing worn out, the only variable is that shock absorber. returned home, called Monroe's hotline. Did they tell me to ship it to where I bought it, that was the only listing they had for my truck? Well, as a car guy, I'm by no means a novice. I checked something, it turned out that tenneko is monroe and ranch. The last one does a monster shock of lifetime warranty, why can't the hotline tell me what it is. good product RS5412. I'll let you know before anyone gets killed. it was close to me My local Advance took it back and exchanged it for a new one with no problem. because I bought shock absorbers there. I love Amazon but hate this product. Without the help of the local dealers I would have had to pay for the return postage. Buyers beware. Many Thanks.
