I LOVE this pan! It would be possible to prepare a tank for it! Too bad I didn't think of buying it sooner like so many years ago. Now I only use this piece for cooking, I can make my whole breakfast on it of toast, eggs, bacon, sausage! I also love hot dogs on it and toasting a bun! I even fry/heat sauerkraut on it! I can't wait to make a toasted bagel and then spread cream cheese on it! Delicious! Never liked a microwave hot dog/bun, but you're lazy. And it's big enough to go with anything! Good because now I only have to clean ONE pot and it requires very little cleaning so I don't take out all my dishes and then wash and dry them and put everything away. I ordered an additional 12" square tempered glass lid, but you can even use the smaller lid if you need a sun egg. And I'm leaving it at the top of the range all the time, there's no point in making an AMAZING purchase if you love cooking with cast iron!
