Very similar to an OEM part.
Looks like tension is good and I have the same pulley as pictured. As long as it lasts a while I have no complaints. The fit was excellent and it arrived in no time. I didn't bother with prices at local brick shops for parts that didn't seem better. I found online sellers to be more competitive in this part.
