The ease at which I can search for my clients in this database makes it very user friendly! It's not super intuitive though - you have to know where/how your data will be stored before adding them into matrix with all available options (ie; location). This could probably make some learning curve easier if someone new were trying out these types of databases first time around as they are able to see what works best vs other features. We use five degrees primarily because we need something easy enough so our users don't feel alienated when looking up an address or phone number online instead of calling customer service reps. Also helps us keep track who has been contacted by email versus physical mailings /phone calls from outside business partners etc.. Our customers love how quick & efficient they find contact info via 5degs compared to traditional methods.
