Does exactly what you need!

I bought this for the pet lock in my Jeep Wrangler JK to keep our dog in the back while on holiday! It worked great, I attached it to the top bars above the back seat and attached the bottom straps to the velcro on the back of the back seat. She never tried to break through and she's quite a big dog! I would recommend this product to everyone.
