Before that, there were Freebuds 3. In general, I'm satisfied with the upgrade. Mainly due to autopause and the fact that they sit in the ears better than the earbuds. Regarding the difficulties in pulling out of the case - the application has a demonstration of how to do it correctly. 10/29/2022: The sound with noise reduction on and off is quite different. Without noise reduction, mids and lows are heavily muffled. For myself, I chose the "comfort" noise reduction mode - with it, the low ones do not stick out so much (to an ultra nightmare) and, in general, the playback goes closer to the source. Dissatisfied with this issue. There is no equalizer.
