We've had great success by implementing PRIME CARE

It has not been our favorite so far as we have only used it temporarily while doing some audits but I would imagine that it's good once they integrate with other systems like E2E or MIMS - this will be better than having multiple separate interfaces from different vendors! The benefits are 1) ability 2) ease 3) seamless integration 4). This software was very helpful in collecting data which allowed us do more efficiently through streamlining processes/transactions 5.) no extra costs associated wtih use 6.). Overall experience when using PCC Software 8 out 10 7.) Data Collection (easy access via mobile devices), 9.- Easy Integration into existing system 10)- Realtime Reporting System11-) Quick Response Times12,- Saves Time13:- No issues found 14.* Customer service15*. Very easy 16* Friendly atmosphere17.. Good communication skills 18- Great The software is easy to use and has many features. The customer service is excellent and always willing to help. The software is not always compatible with other software and some features are not available. I would recommend PrimeCare to any company that is looking for a software that is easy to use and has many features. PrimeCare has helped us to improve our workflow and has also helped us to improve our customer service.
