Seriously affected by the customer support team
Toy kingdom south Africa as the name implies was founded in an African country called south Africa. This platform started business in the year 1988 along time from now. Also the store deals with the selling of toys regardless to the age of the kid, ranging from 2 years upward to 13 years. The higher the age the higher the price of the toy, also the lower the age the lower the price. Registration was very easy here, also the payment system is only limited to MasterCard, visa and credit card, unlike other stores which also supports PayPal and the rest. The mode of interacting with customer is very poor and it is not convenient to me as one of the customers. I could only lay my complaints through email, yet the response from customer service is very slow. If this poor customer service is built on I think the platform will get more customers, because most of my colleagues are not okay with this.
