Review on LeadMethod PRM by Terence Dardant

I like how easy it was set up within our Salesforce org! We were able solve all of my issues right away without any confusion about what we needed from them - they just got us where WE NEEDED TO BE!! They also helped me figure out exactly which features would work best fit into MY system so everything went smoothly once implemented (and still does).

The support team could use some training when using new tools/features but otherwise great customer service overall! If you're looking at this software because your business needs an effective way manage its relationship management process then definitely go ahead & try LEADMETHOD. Our goal had always been having one place online people knew who worked directly WITH THEM AND NOT FOR OUR COMPANY...we've found EXACTLY WHAT THAT IS HERE. !
