The best part about this program is that it includes all aspects of our business including payroll, membership lists & much more! I have been able to keep my books organized for years now using this system which makes me feel like an accountant instead being stuck doing them manually.

It's important to look at several different sites before choosing one because they can be quite costly but when you decide to get into cloud systems there are some great deals out their where you may not realize how beneficial it could really end up becoming. We've used CloudChurch as well as other services such as Quickbooks Online (which we stopped use). This was by far the easiest and most cost effective way to organize/manage finances without having to hire someone full time just do basic bookkeeping tasks.
