Extra Large. That's not a problem though, because I'll keep it until my son grows up in it; he is a 6th size and the 4th size is too big for him. There is an adjustable waist with a drawstring. So it helps. I wish we could tie it a little tighter for a perfect fit. Definitely take a size smaller!
