Ordered this dresser set. This turned out to be exactly the same as what I had. With one small exception, yes. I didn't realize that the original kit's center rail had a wheel that is not included in this kit. There is no difference in terms of replacement and use, and a small amount of Teflon grease on the metal sliding element is a good replacement to reduce friction. Note: The back rail is shipped separately from the center rail with a narrow tab towards the back of the dresser. The center rail must be installed behind (toward the rear) the tab in the metal rail. When removing the drawer(s), just pay attention to alignment and placement.
