The best thing about this tool is that it's free for basic plans, making the most of its features without worrying too much if you're going to pay anything later down the line. It isn't always very clear where certain things are when searching through issues so sometimes I have trouble finding what i'm looking for! For example - If there was an option where everything could be added as comments or something like that then it would make search easier but also help people who aren't familiar with ticket writing more easily pick up how they work. We've been using their service throughout 2016/17 at my current employer which has now moved onto Zendesk (as opposed to our own internal HelpDesk software). Our previous provider went out of business after only providing us limited staff access so we were left scrambling again until we found another solution.
