WARNING! This is my first Revain review and I've been buying for a very long time BUT this time the customer service was so bad I just had to say something. When my 3 shades arrived I was so excited they were exactly as described. I have even recommended it to family and friends. They were installed by my handyman and seemed to work fine. I have to say that I live alone and my house has air conditioning so interaction with the shadows was very limited. About a month and a half later, one of the curtains fell down when I tried to open it to sunlight. The technician and I examined the lampshade and found that it had come loose from a portion of the reel not affected by the installation. In fact, the shadow is still raised. I sent a message to the seller who pretty much replied that there was nothing they could do about it. They come with a 90-day warranty, but wear and tear and improper installation are not covered. How wear for a month and a half? And how does this wrong installation happen when the blind is still up and falling apart on rollers unaffected by the installation? I am so disappointed in the customer service provided.
