Disappointing Best in Tools & Equipment

The lock cylinder was stuck on my cargo trailer after installation. I was on my property a few hours drive from a tool store so I decided to cut it down with the saw I had and a wood blade. WOODEN BLADE! It cuts straight through with little effort. This is not a serious security device. I'm just contacting the company.
